Shipping Area

Currently, I ship original artwork only within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Processing Time

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: during holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

I use insured USPS shipping for all original art.

• Flat-rate shipping (based on artwork size and weight) is calculated at checkout.

• Larger or heavier pieces may require custom packaging or delivery arrangements — in that case, I’ll contact you directly before shipment.

Packaging

Each piece is packaged with care using professional art materials.

• Paintings are shipped flat or rolled (depending on size) in durable tubes or reinforced boxes.

I do my best to reduce waste and use recyclable materials whenever possible.

Delivery Time

Most shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking & Confirmation

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your artwork is on its way.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Damages or Lost Shipments

Every order is fully insured while in transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged piece.

2. Email me at rmilordart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. I’ll assist you with a claim and work toward a solution, which may include repair or refund.

Returns

Because each artwork is an original, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
